Executive Chef Azad Arif and the staff at The Astor Kolkata have created this magnificent Poila Boisakh Buffet menu.

A well-chosen menu that combines modern and traditional Bengali cuisine will be served during the celebration.

The menu consists of dishes like Pora Aam, Thyme Sorbot, Mocha Aar Asparagus Chop, Dhonepata Kancha Lonkar Chicken Kebab, Old Kolkata Coffee Shop Style Bhetki Macch-er Cutlet, Mutton Pudina Seekh, Aam Ada Sukto, Potol-er Dolma, Shorshe Kancha Lonka Pabda,  Gol Barir Kosha Mangsho, Alphanso Mishti Doi, Gurer Icecream, with Nolen Gur and others.

The buffet is available on April 14th and 15th.

The price for the buffet is Rs 1499 AI (all-inclusive), with lunch served from 12 Noon to 4 PM and dinner from 7 PM onwards.
