Once again, MLA Duryadhan Mondal’s signature event, the yearly Haripur town marathon, takes center stage. This year’s competition, which has historically been dominated by Duryadhan’s son Durjoy, welcomes a new competitor named Chand. Chand is motivated by the opportunity to win a brand-new bike and a large 20 lakhs in prize money, which is generously sponsored with an additional 5 lakhs.

In an attempt to win over the hearts of the people, Durjoy promises to give away his profits to charitable causes, putting himself in a position to win the town’s MLA seat in the future. On the other hand, Chand is driven by a more pragmatic necessity. He needs to pay Tapan back for a debt that has been holding him back from moving further in life.

Three difficult phases comprise the marathon: cycling, a power test where competitors must carry water tins, and a thrilling sprint to the finish line. A shocking turn occurs when Sohag assumes the lead role and gives Chand vital support. When Chand feels tired, Sohag lifts him on her shoulders in a gesture of friendship, ensuring he completes a crucial portion of the race to victory!
