Bhalobeshe Sokhi is the latest music video of the YouTube channel Amodini. This channel has been initiated to portray Rabindranath Tagore’s works in a new light. Rather than keeping Tagore on a pedestal, Amodini wants to delve deep into the works of the legendary writer and see it in a new light.

The channel Amodini also has released more videos like O Je Mane Na Mana, Swapnocharini, and others.

The music video launch was graced by Devlina Kumar, Manoj Murali Nair, director Raajhorshee De, Sudeshna Roy, and others.

Speaking at the event, Devlina Kumar said “When I was completing my PhD, my topic was on the relevance of Tagore in today’s times. I did not want my PhD to remain just a piece of paper. I wanted to see Tagore’s works in a new light and hence we have started this YouTube channel. Despite a low budget, we have tried to give the best quality works to the audience”.

“I am glad that I could be a part of such an initiative. I was unsure as to how I would act in the music video. But Devlina helped me a lot in that aspect. Singing was not the difficult part but acting surely was” said Manoj.

The song has been sung by Manoj Murali Nair.

Director Raajhorshee De has directed this music video. “Though Devlina highlighted our tight budget, I feel that the quality is top-notch. It will surely give viewers a feel of the music videos that they often browse on social media platforms” said the director.

Devlina Kumar plays a character who is the second wife of the character played by Manoj Murali. How they come closer as husband and wife is what the music video is all about.
