The festival menu offers dishes like East Indian Mulligatawny Soup, Railway Vegetable Cutlet served with French fries and dhone-pata chutney, Parmesan-Garlic Roast Cauliflower paired with peanut hummus and pickled onions, Coffee Shop Style Coconut Prawn Cutlet, Mutton Pantheras, Chicken Dry Fry, Pork Roast Fry, Fish Mollie, Railway Mutton Curry, Chicken À La Kiev, Pork Vindaloo, Seasonal Vegetable Stew, Junglee Pulao, Shepherd’s Pie, East India Company Coconut Pudding served with ginger pastry cream, and Dark Spiced English Fruit Cake.
