Explore Regional Flavours of Thailand at The Westin’s Thai Food Festival
The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat has come up with a wide range of dishes showcasing the various regional flavours of Thailand by hosting a Thai food festival at their signature Pan Asian restaurant, Nori from 20thJanuary to 12th February 2020.
Chef Frank has specially curated a menu to feature individual sections presenting a complete selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices for the guests to indulge in.
The exquisite dishes for the vegetarian palate include “Som Tam”, “Tom Kha Phak”, “Poh Pia Phak”, “Kaeng Kiew Wan Phak”, and “Phad Thai Phak”.
The non-vegetarian menu offers the choicest dishes like “Laab Kai”, “Tom Yum Koong”, “Tod Man Pla”, “Kaeng Phed Kai”, “Phad Thai Koong”.
End the feast with specialty sweet selections such as the popular signature dessert “Tub Tim Krob” and “Thai Coconut Pandan Pudding”.
