Shaan-E-Awadh is offered at Kebab-E-Que, the award-winning multicuisine restaurant at the Astor Kolkata.

The menu draws inspiration from the rich heritage of the famed royal kitchens of Lucknow.

Chef Thakur will be showcasing delicacies like Kormas, Biryanis, Kakori kebab, Dum Saunfia Kebab, Zimmikkhand Ki Seekh, Nawabi Murgh, and many more for the patrons.

The Awadhi dishes on offer include Afghani Mutton Ras, Murg Joojeh Kebab, Rara Macchli Kebab, Gosht Pasinda, Nawabi Murg, Kacche Gosht ki Biryani and Sheermal.

Vegetarians can gorge on delicacies like Chaman Kulcha, Mirchi ka Salan, Dahi Bhindi, and Sabz Awadhi Biryani, among other delicacies.
