This carefully chosen exchange, created especially for Kolkata to not just taste but also fully experience, combines European diversity with Asian depth, bringing world comfort cultures together on one table.

Menu: The vegetarian section includes Smokey Tempeh Burger with black bean and walnut mash, avocado and crisp lettuce, the Turkish Lentil Burger with a crispy falafel patty, hummus and fried garlic, The Cemita layered with avocado, cheese, jalapeno and cilantro in a soft brioche, The Mitraillette (Belgium) with beet patty, mashed veg potato, caramelized onion and mustard in a sesame baguette, and the BBQ Tofu Burger with grilled tofu, Indian spice mayo and sweet potato mash in a charcoal bun. Each burger is served with signature sides and an in-house salad.
The non-vegetarian lineup includes the Filipino Chori Burger with chorizo patty, papaya slaw, and BBQ sauce, the Fried Chicken Burger with crispy chicken, jalapeno and garlic mayo aioli, the Gyro Burger with Mediterranean-spiced lamb, tzatziki and feta, the Hawaiian Shrimp Burger with grilled shrimps, pineapple and cheddar, and the Ramly Burger with tuna patty, boiled egg and cocktail sauce. All the burgers are accompanied by signature sides and an in-house salad.
