Women are typically so overburdened with obligations that they frequently overlook the significance of their health. Therefore, EzeRx, a renowned healthcare organization decided to deviate from the norm and plan a free anemia screening event to inspire women to live healthy lives and emphasize the value of preventive healthcare. Through programs like the free anemia test, they hope to educate women about critical health issues and give them the resources they need to live longer healthier lives. The organization thinks that women’s empowerment is crucial for the advancement of society overall as well as for each person’s well-being.
EzeRx conducted a free anemia screening to mark Women’s Day 2024.
The event was organized at Dum Dum Ananda Ashrama Sarada Vidyapeeth, Kolkata, and saw a turnout of 300+ women, including school girls.
With the use of EzeCheck, a non-invasive, portable equipment from EzeRx that can detect anemia instantaneously without the need for needle pricks or blood draws, the women obtained rapid and accurate assessments. The program addressed a significant health issue that is common in our society by promoting awareness and early detection of anemia among women.
The main objective of the event, according to EzeRx, a MedTech business that specializes in preventative healthcare, was to guide and inspire women to lead healthier lifestyles. Through educating young people, EzeRx hopes to instill in them the value of preventive healthcare at an early age and promote a culture of empowerment and well-being among coming generations of women.
The event witnessed the presence of women from different walks of life, including NGO workers, and healthcare specialists.
In addition to thorough anemia assessments, the occasion included a lively panel discussion organized by thought leaders and professionals in the field on tactics for strengthening women in the workplace. Creating an inclusive workplace, removing obstacles to career growth, and the value of mentoring for women’s professional development were among the subjects covered by the panel.
Under its EzeDetect product line, Ova5, a women’s fertility kit, and a TSH testing strip for both blood and urine will be on display as prototypes by EzeRx. The firm intends to add several products to the EzeDetect product line in the upcoming months, and these products are anticipated to be introduced to the direct-to-consumer (D2C) market soon.
In addition, EzeRx unveiled its #EstartswithHer campaign, honoring the accomplishments and efforts of women in the company.
