The Chinese New Year or the Spring Festival is the grandest occasion in China and it has always been celebrated with much fervor in Kolkata. Keeping with this spirit, Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata is set to usher in its first Chinese New Year in the city, on 25th of January, 2020. The hotel’s culinary team will present a specially crafted menu that merges the best of signature specialties from the Sichuan region of China and famous dishes from Tangra.
The authentic Asian menu will feature statement dishes such as “Noodles Salad with Peanut, Cucumber and Carrot”, “Water Chestnut Dumpling”, “Hot and Numbing Xi’an-Style Oven-Fried Chicken Wings”, “Stir Fried Squid in Oyster Sauce” and others.
