Festive Special Dishes at Yauatcha For Christmas and New Year
Yauatcha, Kolkata is all set to unveil an all-new range of festive special dishes for Christmas and New Year. Chef Kushal Lama’s in this new menu has worked with indulgent ingredients like truffle, crab, and caviar.
The menu will consist of an assorted range of delicious dim sum, soup, stir-fry, staples, and desserts.
A dining experience at Yauatcha is incomplete without having their intricately crafted dim sum. Try the crispy and fluffy Shenjin chicken bun or the comforting Spicy tofu dumpling topped with the indulgent vegan caviar. The soups in the new menu are hearty and wholesome with a Supreme crab meat soup with egg white for the non-vegetarians and the umami rich Seaweed and tofu soup for the vegetarians. From the stir-fries, one must try the Yauatcha style Stir-fry Chinese cabbage with mushroom and truffle and Kolkata’s favorite Prawns and broccoli in XO sauce. From the staples, Yauatcha’s humble Fried rice tossed with crab meat and truffle and the crowd favorite Szechuan noodles with shiitake mushroom and bean sprouts is sure to spoil you.
To end your festive meal, the dessert section comprises of Strawberry delice.
