Financial Results Of Bandhan Bank For Q2 FY 2022-23 Announced
In the esteemed presence of Chandra Shekhar Ghosh, Managing Director and CEO of Bandhan Bank, and Sunil Samdani, CFO, of Bandhan Bank, Bandhan Bank announced its Financial Results for the quarter that ended on 30th September 2022.
Some of the highlights of the financial results were:
- Loan portfolio that increased 17.4% YoY
- Encouraging credit growth
- Good demand for housing loan
- Deposits grew by 21.3% YoY
- CASA grew 10.9% YoY and the CASA ratio at 40.8% against 44.6 % YoY
- GNPA improved to 7.19% on 30th September 2022 against 10.8% on 30th September 2021.
- Net NPAs on 30th September 2022 improved to 1.86% against 3.04% on 30th September 2021.
- NIM stands at 7.0%.
- ROA and ROE (annualized) for Q2 FY 23 stand at 0.6% and 4.5% respectively.
- Capital Adequacy Ratio (CRAR) at 19.4% and CRAR including profit at 20.5%.
- PCR% at 75.5% as of 30th September 2022 against 74.1% as of 30th September 2021.
The number of banking outlets is 5646 on 30th September 2022. The network has 1190 branches, 4456 banking units against 1168 branches, and 4450 banking units as of 30th September 2021. During this quarter, the number of employees has increased from 61247 to 64078. The total number of ATMs is 432 on 30th September 2022 against 487 on 30th September 2021.
Chandra Shekhar Ghosh mentioned that with the pandemic-related stress phasing out, Bandhan Bank is looking forward to ending the year on a high note.
