First Look Of Barujjye Family Out Now

The first look of the Klikk OTT platform’s next series, Barujjye Family is out now.

The Banerjee family’s comfortable two-bedroom apartment in Kolkata serves as the setting for the television series. Every episode offers a humorous perspective on their common familial and social problems.

Married for thirty-four years, Bidhan and Kalyani Banerjee are the oldest pair in the house. Rabindranath Tagore enthusiast Kalyani is the dominant one, and she is frequently irritated by her husband Bidhan’s frugal habits.

Arun, their eldest son, is employed in the corporate sector and appears to be the sole rational member of the family. Simran, his spouse, is of traditional Punjabi descent. Kalyani finds her cultural differences offensive, which causes “saas-bahu” drama.

Though Kalyani dislikes her Punjabi name, their ten-year-old daughter Gurkiran is a YouTuber and is loved by many.

The youngest son and Kalyani’s favorite, Barun, also known as Barry, is the last one. Despite having no professional work, he considers himself to be a rapper.
