The eagerly awaited Eid-ul-Fitr movie Domm has just released its first look, giving viewers a compelling look into a tale of suspense, peril, and the need to survive.

The teaser introduces the lone figure of a man whose arrival disturbs the peaceful scene, which is set against a tranquil landscape surrounded by hills slowly waking under the gentle light of sunrise. The sense of impending danger gradually replaces the stillness of the surroundings. The tension of a desperate struggle for survival, armed men, and terrified looks start to emerge, setting the stage for what looks to be an intense cinematic experience.

Afran Nisho, Chanchal Chowdhury, and Puja Cherry are shown in striking glimpses in the 54-second first look that was shared on social media. The teaser has already generated interest and discussion among viewers on the internet thanks to its captivating background music and visually striking scenes.

The film, which was shot extensively in Kazakhstan’s dramatic landscapes, promises a scale and visual experience that are uncommon.

Afran Nisho appears worn out, exposed, and nervous throughout the teaser, alluding to the psychological and physical costs of the character’s journey. Chanchal Chowdhury is clearly disturbed and uneasy, while Puja Cherry’s expressions convey fear and uncertainty. Every second brings up a new question: who is chasing, who is running, and who will have the last chance to survive?

“Domm is no longer just our film—it now belongs to the audience. Our real success will come from fulfilling their expectations. Only a sneak peek of the movie is provided by the first look. As I previously stated, I am not aware of any Bangladeshi movie being filmed in such difficult settings. It’s possible that the teaser hinted at that magnitude. Thanks to the hard work of our cast and crew, the visuals have come together beautifully, and we hope that everyone will join us on this exciting journey,” said director Redoan Rony.

Shahjahan Islam Noor’s character is played by actor Afran Nisho. He characterized Domm as an emotional and survival tale. “Making a movie like this requires bravery, and our whole crew has given it their all. It is very encouraging to see the audience react favorably at first glance. We hope that everyone can relate to the movie,” said the actor.

According to actress Puja Cherry, who plays Rani in the movie, the character has strength at its core and many facets. “Only Rani’s appearance is shown in the teaser. Audiences will need to wait a little longer to fully comprehend the character’s multifaceted influence on Noor,” added the actress.
