Klikk’s original series Wrong Milanti will release soon on Klikk.

This rom-com revolves around Surya, the main character, who is a quiet, and commonplace man. He works and makes a decent living, supporting his parents. Surya’s life is generally nice, but he can’t seem to find a girl to marry. In actuality, it would be more correct to state that Shawon, his best buddy, forbids him from getting married. He doesn’t let Surya find a life partner or fall in love with any girls. Shawon is afraid of losing his single status, and as a result, Surya has received 67 rejected marriage proposals! What happens next?

“For me, Wrong Milanti has been nothing less than an experience. North Bengal’s Chalsa village is where I was born and raised. One would never have thought that my ambitions would one day be realized on the screen in Calcutta. Due to this, I decided to narrate my first series as our story set in our locales. A narrative including locals from Siliguri, Kurseong, and Jalpaiguri. One frequently reflects on the art of telling stories—the traditional approach. similar to a Mouchak, Golpo Holeo Shotti, or Boshonto Bilaap. I wanted to revive that easygoing entertainment style, which was rife with giggles and good times. what the family as a whole could watch. Klikk’s management is renowned for frequently encouraging emerging talent. They cherished the story and provided a chance to a new writer-director like me” said director Subhanjan Bas.

Subhanjan has also penned the story and screenplay of this series.

The cast of this new series consists of Durbar Sharma, Sabuj Bardhan, Sandip Bhattacharya, Piya Debnath, Disha Bhattacharya, and Ujjayini Deb Mukherjee.

The new series will start in June.
