Nawazuddin Siddiqui as a cop: After Sacred Games, Nawaz and Radhika reunited once again for Netflix for a murder mystery. Unlike his grey character in Sacred Games, he will portray Jatil Yadav a policeman who will investigate a high-profile murder of a powerful man in a small town.

Radhika Apte as a suspect: The most exciting part of the film is both Nawaz and Radhika would be exchanging their roles from Sacred Games. Nawaz would play a cop and Radhika a suspect.

Honey Trehan’s directorial debut: Raat Akeli Hai is produced by Ronnie Screwvala and marks the directorial debut of Honey Trehan. He has been associated with several of Vishal Bhardwaj’s films like Omkara, Maqbool, and Kaminey. He was the creative producer of  Talvar and has produced Konkana Sen Sharma’s much-acclaimed film ‘A Death in the Gunj’.

Gripping Plot: Time has changed and the Indian audience has now started demanding for content-based films. Talking about the plot, it looks subtle but it is surely not.  Nawazuddin is assigned a task of investigating a high-profile murder of a local yet powerful politician. Nawaz is hunting the truth and prefers not to rest the case. Suiting the title, the script too is dark and supremely exciting.

An Amazing Ensemble Cast: This Honey Trehan directorial film will see a star cast of talented actors like Shweta Tripathi, Ila Arun, Shivani Raghuvanshi, Aditya Srivastava and Tigmanshu Dhulia.
