Free Aid For Amarnath Pilgrims Provided By Bharat Sevashram Sangha
Since the outset, the Amarnath Yatra has been postponed numerous times. Rain or snow can sometimes cause pilgrims to become trapped. The trip to Amarnath began as soon as the weather improved. But the poor weather is making pilgrims sick. Their services are now under the control of Bharat Sevashram Sangha.
As usual, the Bharat Sevashram Sangha’s Jammu branch spearheaded the establishment of a relief camp and a medical camp at Chandanbari on the route to Amarnath. The volunteer monks and medical team already traveled from the Sangha’s main headquarters in Kolkata to Amarnath, where they began their charitable work.
According to Swami Biswatmananda Maharaj, the Bharat Sevashram Sangha’s principal secretary, Swami Satyamitranandaji Maharaj, the Sangha’s leader in Jammu, together with other monks and volunteers, is giving free medical care to pilgrims. Those traveling to Amarnath are also being given the necessary medications. Warm tea is provided to pilgrims so they can avoid the bitter cold. In addition to this, saints and underprivileged travelers are provided winter clothing, umbrellas, and necessary medications.
A great initiative indeed!!
