Fusion Fantasea curates meals that showcase the genuine richness of Indian cuisine, taking a more grounded and deliberate approach during a time when many Independence Day menus rely on symbols or clichés. The eatery, which is well-known for emphasizing coastal and tribal flavors, welcomes patrons to join them at a table and celebrate the origins of the food.
