Bollywood actress Rani Mukherji made heads turn with her acting in the film Mardaani. Now Yash Raj Films has decided to make the sequel of the film-Mardaani 2. And not just a sequel, the production house is thinking of making a franchise.

The new film will be directed by Gopi Puthran. He was the writer of Mardaani which was directed by Pradeep Sarkar.

The shooting of the film will begin in 2019 and the film will release by the end of the year.

We will all have to wait to see whether this film becomes as successful as the first one!!
