WICCI West Bengal Hotels & Restaurants Council member Anushree Goenka is a mother of two kids. Despite her busy schedule, she has been pursuing her dreams. As a home chef, she has been gaining clients and solidifying her presence in the business.

Since it was a Navratri edition, no item contained onion, garlic, brinjal, or mushroom.

The welcome drink comprised of Barley Detox.

The main course section consisted of stuffed Khandvi in coconut broth, chili cheese cigar rolls, watermelon feta, Turkish samosas, Vietnamese rolls, Korean shirataki noodles, and bao buns.

Anushree’s Specialty was the Charcuterie Board (lavash, cream crackers, khakhra, hummus, edamame, labneh, red pepper dip, stuffed serrano peppers, and Caprese skewers).

The desserts on offer were Tres Leches and Paan Shots.

All the food was prepared using the freshest ingredients and tasted amazing.
