The grand premiere of Kolkatar Harry took place in the presence of the cast and crew of the film.

The story of the film is about a carpool driver Harinath Patra (Soham) who has the quality of telling stories. He is a fan of fairytales and often shows magic on the streets of the city. Titli (Aishika) is a young girl aged ten years old and she goes to school using Harinath’s carpool service. Titli’s mother is overprotective about her. Titli has an elder sister Mohor (Priyanka). Mohor is 14 years older than her. She works in a corporate education institute. Titli and Harinath share a rare type of friendship. Mohor meets Harinath while inspecting her sister’s interest in wizardry. They are different from one another and yet they fall in love with each other. Harinath loses the job. Mohor suggests he open up a Story Cafe in Kolkata. What happens next?

The film has been directed by Rajdeep Ghosh.

The production house is Soham’s Entertainment while the film is presented by Soham Chakraborty and Indira Chowdhury.

Soham said that the film will give positive vibes to both the children and the adults alike.

The cast of the film consists of Prosenjit Chatterjee, Soham Chakraborty, Priyanka Sarkar, Oishika Guhatakurata, Laboni Sarkar, Arindam Ganguly, Raj Chakraborty, Sudipa Basu, and Basanti Chatterjee.

Prosenjit Chatterjee said that he knew the director for a long time. He also added that the film has been well cast and the fact that it is a children’s film is one of the main USP of the film.

The music of the film is composed by Jeet Ganguli while the cinematographer is Gopi Bhagat.

Aneek Dhar said, “Soham is a great and sensitive actor. He is a good actor and that shows in the scenes. I wish the film a great success”.

Gaurav Chakrabarty said that the director is like a family to him. Films about children are not made much. It will be a great gift for the kids, added the actor.

The film is produced by Soham’s Entertainment and presented by Soham Chakraborty and Indira Chowdhury.

Haranath Chakraborty said that he knew Soham from a very small age. “It is a great initiative of Soham to start his own production house and make films. The film is a good one and please come to the halls with your friends and family to watch the film” said the director.

Koushani Mukherjee said after watching the film that audiences will again go to the halls to watch this film. She also wished that the film will be a blockbuster hit.

The film was released on 6^th May.
