In a striking illustration of cutting-edge neonatal care in Kolkata, medical professionals at Narayana Hospital in Chunavati were able to preserve the life of a premature baby girl who was born at just 27 weeks of pregnancy and weighed just 760 grams.

The child, who was born at Narayana Hospital in Chunavati, was in extremely critical condition right away because she had trouble breathing and needed mechanical assistance.
