Great Participation At The GIBL Leadership Summit 2025

At the GIBL Leadership Summit 2025, which was held at the Seastar Resort in Mandarmani by GreenLife Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. (GIBL), prominent executives from National Insurance, Generali Central, Icici Lombard, and Tata AIG were joined by a sizable number of up-and-coming advisers and business experts.
The company’s audacious and revolutionary Vision 2030, which focuses on creating 1,00,000 competent InsuPreneurs throughout all 19,522 pincodes of India, was presented during the summit by Mr. Subir Mukherjee, Founder & Director of GIBL. This program seeks to increase insurance coverage nationwide and provide India’s young with sustainable earning options.
India is about to reach the insurance industry’s golden age. Mr. Mukherjee said, “Our goal is to enable one lakh young Indians to become self-sufficient InsuPreneurs—people who uplift families, safeguard communities, and strengthen India’s financial security fabric”.
Senior executives from National Insurance, Generali Central, and Tata AIG provided in-depth analyses of India’s expanding demand for life, health, auto, and SME insurance. They emphasized how the country’s fast digital adoption, growing awareness, and widening distribution networks are giving young people access to previously unheard-of career opportunities.
In addition, the event honored high-achieving advisers. It unveiled new growth initiatives aimed at assisting people in developing long-term careers in insurance with robust renewal income and branded client engagement assistance.
With Vision 2030, GIBL aims to establish the strongest adviser ecosystem in India, enhancing financial inclusion in Tier 2, Tier 3, and rural areas through collaborations with large insurers, technology, and statewide training initiatives.
