Students from The Heritage School, Kolkata, The BSS School, Shri Shikshayatan School, The Birla High School, DPS Ruby Park, Dolna Day School, and Sushila Birla Girls’ School participated in the nonstop 24-hour walk called Chol Hetey Chol, which was organized by The Heritage School.

The walk’s first session began on January 8 at 2:00 PM from the grounds of The Heritage School. The purpose of the walk is to raise awareness of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals set forth by the UN.

The inaugural session was addressed by Varun Swarup, from Paharpur Cooling Towers Ltd, who is also a Marathon Runner, Seema Sapru, Principal, of The Heritage School, P.K.Agarwal, CEO, Heritage Group of Institutions and students and teachers of the School.

Akash Basu, Sourav Dutta, and Bhaggyadhar Pahar, teachers of The Heritage School also actively participated in this 24-hour nonstop walk. 

With the help of this 24-hour walk, awareness could be spread among the students.
