The trailer and poster for the highly anticipated film Haati Haati Paa Paa, which is directed by Arnab K. Middya, were released by Celluloid Films, a Kolkata-based production company. Along with producer Arunava Middya, the film’s cast and crew, including Biswarup Bandyopadhyay, Sandeep Bhattacharjee, Rukmini Maitra, and Chiranjeet Chakraborty, graced the occasion.

The narrative of Haati Haati Paa Paa follows a young woman and her aging father as they negotiate the complicated issues of aging, emotional responsibility, and shifting family dynamics. The film, which is set in a modern urban setting, delves into themes of obligation, loneliness, unconditional love, and intergenerational ties, illuminating the feelings that unite families beyond words and time.

The film stars Rukmini Maitra and Chiranjeet Chakraborty in lead roles. The other cast members include Anjana Basu, Tulika Basu, Sandeep Bhattacharjee, Biswarup Bandyopadhyay, Eshika Dey, Swagata Basu, Sayan Ghosh, and Monalisa Chatterjee.

The music for the film has been composed by Ranajoy Bhattacharjee and Anirban Ajoy Das.

“Haati Haati Paa Paa is more than just a tale; it’s an emotional journey that reflects many parent-child interactions in real life. In today’s fast-paced society, I wanted to show the quiet love, emotional distance, and invisible thread of obligation that unite families through this short. It’s a reminder that sometimes love doesn’t need words—just presence,” said director Arnab K. Middya.

On November 28, 2025, Haati Haati Paa Paa is scheduled to open in multiplexes and standalone theaters in West Bengal.

The movie’s trailer, which shows a succinct and striking synopsis of the movie, will be available for viewing on all major digital platforms.
