Hafele establishes a new benchmark with the introduction of Connect Mesh, an in-house created product, at its exhibit in Indiawood 2022 for the personalized management of light in interior spaces. The Häfele Connect Mesh Chip, which was specifically designed for the system, employs Bluetooth® Low Energy to enable all system components to wirelessly communicate with one another by transmitting control information to other nodes via radio technology. Additionally, all Loox lighting control components incorporate this module.

To easily and intuitively configure and control Connect Mesh networks and lighting, utilize the Häfele Connect Mesh app for mobile devices. The app uses Bluetooth technology to wirelessly control the lights in the space, including dimming, changing the color, and pre-programmed scenarios (different light sources can be grouped together and stored as a scenario). This includes controlling the color of RGB lights or adjusting the multi-white color temperature from the same app, remote, or switch.

With the capacity to incorporate smart devices and other Bluetooth features in a smart home setting in the future, the Häfele Connect Mesh System is future-proof. Loox’s plug-and-play architecture makes it simple to add the system to already-existing installations in the future.
