The first Hard Rock Cafe®, currently regarded as one of the most recognizable global brands, started on June 14, 1971, in London’s famed Hyde Park. It was run by Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton, who became friends over their shared appreciation of great music, hamburgers, and milkshakes. The famous bar will celebrate five sparkling years in the City of Joy this year.
