The premiere of the film Hatey Khori took place in the presence of the cast and crew of the film.

The protagonist of the tale is Chand. His only goal in life is to finish school, but Chand and his classmates are forced to work as children. While one person works at a hotel, another works in the garage, and Chand himself is employed at a roadside tea shop. Chand enjoys studying a lot. He likes to study any book that he can get his hands on, but newspapers and periodicals are his favorites. He attempts to learn from newspapers of all kinds, whether they are new or old, as they are a source of information. What happens next?

The original story of the film is by Badrinath Shaw (Based on the book ‘Akshar Akshar Deep Jale’).

The cast of the film consists of Sankhyadeep Banerjee, Biswanath BasuSonalee Chaudhuri, Sumit Samadder, Konkona Halder, Debraj Bhattacharya, Prantik Banerjee, Raju Majumder, Momo, Mithun Debnath, Sreeja Bose, Rudraraj Chakraborty, Priyadarshika Chakraborty, Sayak Das, and Rakesh Bhattacharjee.

Sankhyadeep Banerjee said “The film has a great message. It highlights the issue of child labor. Many children around us had to work in tea shops and other places to earn their livelihood. But they also have the right to study. This is what is shown in the film”.

Prantik Banerjee said that the film was special because it highlighted an important aspect of the education system.

Sumit Samadder stressed the fact that this is not a children’s film only. It is also a film for adults as well. It will be well-liked by the young and the not-so-young as well.

The music has been composed by Subhankar Debnath, Shubhradeep Bakshi, Supratip Bhattacharya, and Amit Chatterjee.
