To mark the arrival of the king of fruits, the much-anticipated Mango Mania food festival has begun at Barbeque Nation. Barbeque Nation will welcome visitors to its restaurants throughout Kolkata during the food festival, which runs from May 15 to June 10, with a wide selection of delicious dishes inspired by the mango. These include beverages, salad, starters, the main course, and desserts—all of which have the alluring flavor of mangoes.

The eat-all-you-can buffet at Barbeque Nation offers over 70+ dishes which includes 19 new mango-inspired dishes in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Guests can relish the Indian summer cooler drink, Aam Panna. For Starters, non-vegetarians can savor Kacchi Ambi Fish Tikka, while vegetarians can feast on Ambi Grilled Veg, Sweet Chilli Mango Pineapple, and Veg Kabab with Mango Salsa. There is a live counter offering Mango Shots Pani Puri. The Salad section includes Mango Pineapple Salad.

The main course section for patrons includes Aambi Fish Curry, Tangy Egg Curry, Ambi Dal Tadka, Aami Veg, and Mango Kofta Curry.

The dessert section comprises Mango Pastry, Mango Mousse, Mango Jelly, Mango Tart, Mango Phirni, Mango Ice-Cream, Mango Kulfi, and other exotic Mango varieties.

The chef has combined distinct mango flavors to produce new and interesting dessert combinations.
