Hoichoi bagged ‘Silver’ at the prestigious StreamCon Asia Awards’19 in the category – “Regional Content Creator of the Year”.

Within just one year of its inception, hoichoi’s commitment to uplift Bengali digital entertainment has been impressive. They have been adding two Originals every month along with numerous acquired movies and at least one World Digital Premiere (this month, it is Anjan Dutt’s Finally Bhalobasha). Also, their promise of being available across numerous devices is being fulfilled as they have introduced Android TV and Roku along with the existing Amazon Firestick, Apple TV and is Chromecast and Airplay enabled.

StreamCon Asia 2019 is a one-stop congregation for content creators, video platforms, advertisers and fans of the online video industry. It’s one of the largest events of its kind in Asia. Thousands of applicants sent their entries and among them, a few received nominations and then go on to win in the Gold, Silver or Bronze categories.
