The poster and teaser launch of the upcoming Bengali film Bhoy Peo Na took place in the presence of director Ayan Dey, Srabanti Chatterjee, Om Sahani, and others.

The film is a horror-thriller.

The story deals with a couple named Akash and Ananya Chatterjee. Akash is a doctor and Ananya is a corporate professional. After their marriage, paranormal activities start happening with her. Akash’s mother wants to drive her out of the house and scares her. However, things take a turn as a new mystery is unveiled.

Srabanti Chatterjee said “I believe in God and so I believe in ghosts. I love watching horror films. And I have equally enjoyed working in this horror film. This is the first time that I have been paired opposite Om. He is a great actor”.

Om mentioned that Srabanti is a universal crush for the men. He revealed how his wife Mimi who is an actress herself helped him to act in the romantic song opposite Srabanti.

The actor also praised the director who gave him enough liberty to act in his own way for this film.

Supriyo Bhowmik has written down the story of the film and the scripting has been done by the director.

There are three songs in the film, out of which is an item number. Daboo is composing the music for this film.

The film is produced by Big Screen Production.

Bhoy Peo Na will release on 27^th May 2022.
