IHCL Signs Deal With Ambuja Neotia For 15 New Properties
IHCL stated that it has signed a deal with the Ambuja Neotia Group to build 15 additional properties throughout its brand landscape. The cooperation will expand to more than 40 hotels thanks to this capital-light structure.
“With this agreement, IHCL’s pioneering legacy of developing destinations like Rajasthan, Kerala, Goa, and Andaman and Lakshadweep Islands will now extend to unlocking the tourism potential of the East and North East. We are thrilled to deepen our collaboration with the Ambuja Neotia Group, renowned for their opulent hospitality projects that capture the essence of this area,” said Mr. Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, IHCL.
The 15 new development sites, which are dispersed throughout the states of West Bengal, Sikkim, and Himachal Pradesh, include a mix of greenfield, brownfield, and conversion projects. This includes a Tree of Life in Lataguri, a Taj resort in Sundarban, Darjeeling, Shimla, and Raboung, as well as a few hotels in Kolkata and Siliguri. Additionally, a few chosen projects will include Raichak, Lataguri, Sikkim, Darjeeling, and villas bearing the Taj name.
