A press conference was organized at ILEAD to announce two achievements of the institution.

With an impressive 90% recycled material construction, iLEAD announced the completion of its new banquet-cum-conference hall. This creative project reduces waste and encourages environmental responsibility by demonstrating the possibilities of sustainable design and construction.

Among the hall’s distinctive features are:

• Tables made from leftover wooden planks
• Panels from disassembled Taj chambers turned into exquisite wall panels
• Glasses from abandoned mini fridges are used as decorative elements.
• Refurbished couches and chairs with fresh leather upholstery

This project shows how innovation and sustainability can coexist, creating jobs while lowering expenses and their negative effects on the environment. This project is an excellent example for others to follow because it has drastically reduced the cost of raw materials by using recycled materials.

This conference hall’s gorgeous layout and atmosphere will undoubtedly encourage many people to embrace eco-friendly habits and lessen their environmental impact. Industry executives, designers, architects, and sustainability enthusiasts are all invited by iLEAD to come and explore this special location.

The Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Development (iLEAD), a prominent private college with undergraduate programs, and the Management Development Institute (MDI), one of India’s top management institutes, have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to deepen their academic partnership. This was the second announcement.

Prof Dr. Rajeeb Doogar, associate professor, Wastington University Bothel, Mr. Pradip Chopra, Chairman, iLEAD, Prof. (Dr.) Ajay K Jain, Director, MDI, and Dr Sunil Giri, Associate Professor, operations management area, at the MOU signing ceremony between The Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Development (iLEAD) and Management Development Institute (MDI).

Through a faculty and student exchange program included in the MOU, both institutions can benefit from each other’s experiences and strengths. Additionally, iLEAD students who wish to enrol in postgraduate management programs at MDI’s campuses in Murshidabad and Gurgaon will be eligible for special discounts.

 In order to improve their educational experience and exposure to management education, iLEAD students will be able to take part in academic programs and activities at MDI.

In order to promote academic excellence and innovation, faculty members from both institutions will work together on research, teaching, and knowledge-sharing projects.

iLEAD students who want to enrol in postgraduate management programs at MDI will be eligible for a program fee discount, which will make it simpler and more economical for them to continue their management education.

The goals of this partnership are to advance industry-academia cooperation, innovation, and academic excellence. Together, MDI and iLEAD aim to provide faculty and students with chances to advance their knowledge and abilities, which will ultimately help the sector and society flourish.
