In a stunning fusion of science and art, a group of renowned orthopedic surgeons from West Bengal is set to reveal their creative vision in a breathtaking photographic exhibition featuring 80 images. The exhibition Imaging Orthopods 4 will be held at the prestigious Birla Academy of Art and Culture (4th floor), near Lake Kalibari in Kolkata, from March 18 to 23, 2025, from 3 PM to 8 PM.

The inauguration was graced by actor-director Anjan Dutta and editor Arghyakamal Mitra.

These surgeons, known for their precision in the operating room, have now showcased their meticulous attention to detail and composition in an extraordinary collection of photographs. Each frame captures the essence of nature, human life, and the unseen beauty in everyday moments, all presented with the same mastery as their surgical craft. Their work goes beyond the traditional boundaries of medicine, demonstrating that the hands that heal can also express profound artistic ideas.

Their shared vision goes beyond their medical expertise, demonstrating that art and science are two sides of the same coin. Each photograph reflects their distinct perspective—where precision meets passion, and the world is seen not only through the eyes of a healer but also through the soul of an artist. This is a unique opportunity to see the artistic depth of those who devote their lives to healing others, providing a glimpse into their creative minds outside of medicine.

This exhibition is a must-see for art lovers, photographers, and anyone who values the balance between science and creativity.
