Indian Culinary Tour- A Special Celebration Of Regional Indian Flavours

The Conclave Verde, which is situated at 2052, Chak Garia, Panchasayar, Kolkata 700094, is inviting the city to enjoy the remarkable diversity of Indian cuisine this July through its Indian Culinary Tour, a carefully planned à la carte event that takes place from July 5 to July 31, 2025. The tour, which combines famous dishes from four different parts of India, is intended to be a lively celebration of the nation’s rich culinary legacy. It concludes with three traditional Bengali desserts. Every dish is meticulously prepared and steeped in tradition, giving diners a chance to enjoy the variety of flavors that characterize Indian cuisine.
On offer are dishes such as Shukto with Ghee Bhaat, Bhaja Moonger Dal with Aloo Jhuri Bhaja, Chingri Malai Curry, Kasha Mangsho with Loochi, Katla Kalia, Sattu Paratha with Aloo ki Sabji and Curd, and Palak. Also available are Lal Chana ki Sabzi with Poori and Khara Bhuna Murgh Masala. Champaran Mutton Curry, Mutton Galouti, Murgh Lasooni Kebab, Murgh Awadhi Korma with Garlic Naan, Awadhi Mutton Rogan Josh with Khushka Rice, Bag-e-Sabji with Lachha Paratha, Vrat ki Sabji with Kuttu ki Puri, Rajma Masala with Steamed Rice, Matar Paneer with Butter Naan, Chana Masala with Masala Kulcha, Bhatti da Murg, Tandoori Chicken Butter Masala with Reshmi Lachha Paratha, Mahi Ajwaini Tikka, Sarbhaja, Baked Rosogolla, Balushahi, and Kesaria Shahi Tukra.
