India’s First-Ever Karaoke App Star Manch Announces Musical Talent Hunt Show
The first-ever Made In India Karaoke recording and player app Star Manch was launched in the presence of Joy Sarkar, Srijato Bandopadhyay, and Randeep Bhattacharya, CEO, Star Manch.
Star Manch will not only build a music community but also create new music, song banks, revive Rabindra Sangeet, Nazrul geeti, Shyamasangeet, Kirtans, Bengali folk, and Dwijendrageeti.
Star Manch is available in player and recorder mode. Online musical training is also available for focusing on devotional music training. Metaverse technology will be used in the app in the future.
Star Manch also launched a musical talent hunt show on the digital platform for the first time in Bengal. The winner of the show will get a chance to launch his/her own music album composed by Joy Sarkar with lyrics penned down by Srijato.
Speaking at the occasion, Joy Sarkar said “It is a great initiative in these gloomy times. Musicians have been hit quite hard during the pandemic. They could not perform at events and work was very little for them. With this initiative to revive back so many musical genres, it is a great platform for the musicians indeed”.
Srijato added that with such a platform, more talented musicians will come to the forefront. It will enrich the musical industry.
The subscription rate is Rs 169 per month, Rs 349 for three months, Rs 519 for six months, and Rs 689 for one year.
