At BIBS, we involve industry not just in final placements but also in the everyday learning of the students. We believe that the students should be groomed by the same companies that will give them jobs after their MBA.
The result is industry ready management graduates who are accepted easily by the Business World given their practical outlook in Management.
To what do you give the credit of this great placement record?
Vidur Kapoor- Of course the credit goes to the never tiring placement team at BIBS that has created a 3 tier system of providing placements at the local, national and international levels to students. In fact, more than 10% of our MBA Batches have got International Placements every year.

“We Love to Love our Students”, forms our core philosophy which drives our facilitation and education methods emphasizing on full scale development of aptitude and practical skills.
Tell us something about the new MBA executive program.
Vidur Kapoor- The Post Graduate Programme in Executive Management or PGPEX is a 2-year weekend management programme offering a Regular MBA Degree, aimed at working executives with a minimum of 1 year of work experience after their graduation. The programme is designed in such a manner that working executives who are unable to take a break from their job can attend classes and further their career prospects. The class schedule is designed keeping the students in mind so
that you will be able to focus on learning, not logistics and will be able to balance long work hours, frequent travel, active lifestyles, and family commitments.
How is this program different from the other MBA programs?
Vidur Kapoor- The following traits make the PGPEX programme a better option for working executives than the traditional executive MBA programmes:
- Regular MBA programme affiliated to Vidyasagar University, NAAC accredited, WB State Government University, recognised by UGC, Ministry of HRD, Govt Of India.
- Convenient timings for the programme designed specially keeping the busy schedule of working executives in mind.
- TRAILS – Cross – Functional and integrative by nature, trails enable students to increase employability quotient. A student has to opt for the following trails (mandatory) for best learning outcomes. o Digital Marketing Certification from Google and YouTube
- o Mutual Funds Certification from NISM
- o Six Sigma Certification from KPMG
- o Retail Management Certification from CCAE, Vidyasagar University
- Superb placement options through the BIBS Placement team. More than 200 companies have recruited BIBS students.
What are the future prospects of BIBS?
Vidur Kapoor- BIBS evolved from the need to provide quality business education to satiate the need of a rapidly evolving national and regional economy. Our founder directors — who aimed to create opportunity, value and experience in their chosen fields — envisioned an MBA program which had a practical and industry oriented syllabus. The idea was to create “ready” managers who could be instrumental in the growth of their respective organizations right from day one.
We are constantly researching about new avenues and available business areas where a management programme can be beneficial. We plan to create more learning avenues in management education moving beyond traditional management spheres and venture into sectors and segments that can bring values to the business world.
Do you plan to introduce any new course for the students?
Vidur Kapoor- Not needed…
We wish BIBS all the best for their future endeavours!!
