Electric boilers have been replaced with new ones recently; heat pumps have been installed for hot water; electronically commutated fans and patented Continewm Nets have been used for air handling units; automated tube cleaning for chillers has been put in place; and numerous laundry and kitchen appliances have been converted to electrical heating. Moreover, water management employs IE5 motors, which improves energy optimization even more.
