The first Lab-Grown Diamond & Colored Gemstone Boutique-cum-Office in the city was established by Sajal and Rahul Kapoor, a husband and wife team. The brand blends modern international style with the traditional craftsmanship of Kolkata.

The event was graced by Mr. Prasad Kapre, a respected jewellery industry analyst, CEO and Director at Style Quotient Jewellery, and Former Business Director of De Beers India, Dhiti Saha, Mr. Rahul Kapoor, and Mrs. Sajal Kapoor.

Sajal has more than 15 years of expertise designing jewelry for the natural diamond sector. She graduated from GIA New York in 2010–2011. Her idea is to use lab-grown diamonds as an environmentally friendly medium that permits artistic expression without sacrificing luxury.

Rahul spearheads the brand’s emphasis on digital innovation and customer experience thanks to his solid foundation in technology and market intelligence. In addition, he is leading KaratKrafter’s entry into the men’s jewelry market to produce well-made, meaningful pieces for contemporary men.
