Kasturi’s 15th Outlet Now Open In Hatibagan
The famous Bengali restaurant chain Kasturi, which is known for both innovation and tradition, announced its 15th outlet inauguration in Hatibagan. With just four tables that could seat sixteen people, the late Gopal Chandra Saha’s modest 1994 endeavor has grown into a gastronomic empire under the visionary direction of Mr. Bishal Saha, the brand’s second-generation torchbearer.
The inauguration of the 15th outlet was graced by Bishal Saha, Owner, of Kasturi Restaurant, Koneenica Banerjee, Renowned Tollywood Actress, and Teena Saha, Co-owner of Kasturi Restaurant.
Since its modest start on Free School Street, Kasturi has transcended boundaries, drawing devoted followers from all around Kolkata and West Bengal in addition to Bangladeshi tourists.
Some of the mouthwatering signature dishes on offer include Kochupatta diye chingri bhappa, Kaski maacher chochorie, Golmorich diye bhetki bhappa, and many more.
With 11 locations in Kolkata and expansion plans to open in Puri, Guwahati, and Siliguri, Kasturi has become a household brand thanks to its superb service and genuine Bengali tastes. Apart from its well-known thalis, like the Mini Thali, Sampurna Bhoj Thali, and the well-liked Maharaja Thali, Kasturi offers a wide range of cuisines via its outdoor catering services. Speaking at the inauguration, Koneenica said “Though I am a girl who have grown up in South Kolkata, I have always liked the streets of North Kolkata and also loved the food available here. People in recent times hardly have the time to cook elaborate dishes. With the opening of Kasturi in this part of the city, people will be able to relish dishes that they cannot cook at their homes”.
