Actress Koushani Mukherjee and actor Bonny Sengupta will be seen acting together in a film Jaanbaaz. Directed by Anup Sengupta, the shooting of the film is currently in progress in different parts of Kolkata.

Koushani plays the role of a police officer in the film. In the first half of the film, she will be seen in the role of a student. In the second half, she will be seen as a police officer. It is due to her brother’s murder that she joins the police force to find out the real culprit.

Bonny plays a simple guy who loves Koushani’s character in the film. There is another twist to his character too.

Whatever bonding the actress may have with the director that did not deter him from scolding her at times when she did not perform well.
