KSE Organizes International Yoga Day With Special Session
In honor of International Yoga Day, Krystal School of Excellence (KSE), a renowned institution in the hospitality sector, recently held an energizing yoga session for its students. The goal of the KSE campus session was to encourage students’ overall wellness and improved health.
The class, led by Isira Yoga founder Nikita Agrawal, included restorative pranayama and breath-work exercises. Nikita Agarwal is an Indian Yoga Association (IYA) and Yoga Control Board (YCB) approved teacher who received her certification from the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala. She stressed the fundamental nature of yoga and pointed out that it is a complete way of life and guiding philosophy rather than merely an exercise regimen.
Throughout the class, Nikita gave examples of how to incorporate yoga into daily life for a more contented and balanced way of living. The students found great resonance in her views and tactics, which resulted in an entertaining and instructive session. The lesson was very helpful in fostering the pupils’ emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
The Krystal School of Excellence Institute’s initiative to conduct this session was incredibly admirable and demonstrated their dedication to the students’ overall development and welfare. These kinds of programs not only improve learning but also help the school community develop a conscious and healthy culture.
