A new facility has been established in Kolkata as part of the expansion of Larsen & Toubro Infotech‘s operations. The new center marks the company’s growth in the Eastern part of the nation and is built to satisfy the standards of a futuristic and contemporary workplace. The center was opened by Debasish Sen, Chairman of the Nabadiganta Industrial Township Authority, Nachiket Deshpande, Chief Operating Officer of LTI, Manoj Shikarkhane, Chief Human Resource Officer of LTI, Niruppam Chaudhuri, Regional Head of NASSCOM (NDITA).

Located in the Salt Lake Electronics Complex, the new center is equipped to house more than 300 employees. The center will support LTI’s service delivery capabilities for cloud, Data, and Digital technologies and create exciting career opportunities for local talent-seeking experiences in these futuristic domains. It will also offer LTI’s clients the benefit of increased access to a larger talent pool from the state and the region.

This center is launched in response to requests from our current and potential employees in the region.

LTI took advantage of the chance to establish a base in the country’s eastern region in order to meet the rising demand for satellite offices. LTI, one of the top technology firms in the country, supports innovative working methods and the idea of bringing work to people rather than the other way around. LTI is optimistic about the new Kolkata center’s potential and plans to give local talent enriching technology careers in addition to providing customers with better and faster solutions.

LTI wants to turn the new center into a key delivery unit for the area by gradually expanding operations there.
