We highlight the flavors and diversity of Burma’s most popular noodle bowl. The dish highlights the regional styles of this all-time favorite and is shaped by Head Chef Ansab Khan and his culinary team’s travels throughout Burma over the past 12 years. The six distinctive Khowsuey bowls, which are led by regional chefs, cooks, and guardians of Burmese culinary history, are filled with flavors, tales, and memories that the team has gathered along the road.

The menu consists of Oh No Khowsuey, hand-tossed Dry Khowsuey, Grandma’s Famous Khowsuey,  Shwe Taung Khowsuey, Downtown Khowsuey, and No Ze Khowsuey. These noodle bowls are the ideal cozy partner for every type of winter mood and are ideal for leisurely meals, festivities, dates, or even the occasional heartbreak. One may make their own Khowsuey by choosing from a variety of rich broths, fresh noodles, and sauces, whether they are eating at one of their restaurants or wrapped up under a blanket at home.

“Khowsuey” simply means “noodles” in Burmese, but it’s much more than that throughout the country.
