After a lot of discussions, the cinema halls are being reopened on 15th October. While there are many of you who will not be heading to the cinema halls to watch the films, but there are some who are looking forward to breaking the cycle of watching the films on the small screen. For them, the good news is that the opening of the cinema halls is coinciding with Durga Puja festivities in 2020. 12 films will be releasing during this time, out of which two are re-releases. We have prepared a list of films for you to choose and select which one you want to watch during the Durga Pujas.

New Releases

  • Dracula Sir

The story is about a school teacher who has a pair of protruding canine teeth. This leads to him being called Dracula Sir. He eventually becomes the vampire.

Swarnaja works as a radio jockey. She has been raised by her grandmother. This film is a journey of a mother and shows her relationship with her child.

The story of the film revolves around a suspected terrorist attack and how the combined forces of the army, the police, and the common people join hands against this attack.

The film is about a chef who loses his job due to his temperament. He then realizes that even making a street food requires as much skill as making continental cuisine in which he excelled.

Ashwini Chakladar to prevent himself from the disease named Beri-Beri will go to any lengths to protect himself. He is paranoid about saving himself from the disease. The film is inspired by a play of the same name.

A director tries to go out of his comfort zone and tries to make a love story. His preferred genre of filmmaking was thrillers. He comes up with a story and starts to narrate it to his assistant. However, he finds that there is a novel with the same storyline. What happens next?
