Subhasis Ganguly who has a strong background in theatre utilized that knowledge while portraying the character of Lokenath. The actor who was visibly excited to portray such a role after portraying Ramkrishna mentioned that it was divine intervention and hence he was landing up with these roles.

Dolon Roy who will be seen portraying the role of Lokenath Baba’s mother in the serial was very excited to be a part of such a serial.”I have played the role of mother in different films and serials. But this one is exciting. The reaction that the people have been giving on the page of the serial is very encouraging. Aakash Aath sticks to the facts and never tampers with it. This is the reason why many people like their way of story-telling. Most of my scenes include feeding Lokenath. So in a way I feel that I am actually doing puja of Lokenath Baba” said the actress.

The actress also revealed how during a shoot in Bolpur, heavy rain started in the evening. The whole team thought that they will not be able to complete the shoot. However the rain stopped and they completed the shoot easily within 9 pm.
