Mahabhoj Special Thali Unveiled At ibis Kolkata Rajarhat
Poila Boisakh is just around the corner. and like other celebrations, it is incomplete without good food.
Understanding this need of the Bengalis to celebrate the upcoming Bengali New Year, ibis Kolkata Rajarhat has come up with a unique Mahabhoj Special Thali for patrons.
Well-known celebrities like Sayantani Guhathakurta, Paroma Banerjee, Indroneel Mukherjee, and others graced the launch of the special thali.
The Mahabhoj Special Thali consists of:
Welcome drink- Aam panna cooler
Salad- Kachumber salad on papad roll, Beguni and Kacha aam er chutney
Starters (Veg/Non-Veg)- Kasundi marinated beer batter fish finger and Cheesy vegetable chop
Main course (Veg/Non-Veg)- Mangsho jhol, Lonka batta murgi, Rui macher kalia, Chanar dalna, Veg gontto, Aloo potol er tarkari, Koraisuti moong dal and Bengali fried rice.
Dessrt- Rossogolla, Sita bhog, Mihidana and Misti Pan.
This Poila Boisakh menu will be available from the 14th to the 16th of April.
The price is Rs 1099 plus taxes only for lunch.
