The Mahurat of the upcoming Bengali film “Mastermoshai Apni Kichu Dekhenni” directed by Shieladitya Moulik took place recently in the presence of the director, Banani Saha, Ena Saha, Nusrat Jahan, and Yash Dasgupta.

The story is based on student politics and also deals with love and relationships. The film is set in the 2000s. How student politics affects the lives of students will be shown in the film.

The director said that the name of the film will surely catch the attention of cinema lovers. This is a tribute to yesteryear film director Tapan Sinha. This is a famous dialogue from a film, Atanka by Sinha. The backdrop of the film is similar to Tapan Sinha’s film, i.e student politics. However many things have changed in our society now and the director will show those changes with the help of his storytelling.

Ena Saha who is producing the film said “Since I am the producer, it is not necessary that I have to act in every film that I produce. The roles in the film suit Nusrat and Yash better and hence they are in the film. I and the director will just sit behind the camera and monitor everything”.

Ena Saha had never been a part of student politics but she was excited about this film on student politics.

Apart from Yash and Nusrat, the actors for the other characters are yet to be finalized.

The film is produced by Jarek Entertainment.

The shooting will begin in the first week of December and the film might release in Poila Boisakh in 2022.
