Suranjan Dey made short films out of his passion for making films. His last short film Unlucky Shirt was screened at six international film festivals in India and abroad. And now he has ventured to make a full-length feature film titled Relationship.

The mahurat of the film was organized recently in the presence of the entire team of Relationship.

The story of the film Relationship is about how human beings are becoming isolated with the passing of time. We are all becoming isolated from our friends and relatives. Distance between close relatives is also growing. How this distance from friends and relatives is affecting our life is what this film will showcase.

Suranjan Dey has written the story, screenplay, and dialogue of this film.

Moubani Sorcar will be seen in an important role in the film. Srija Maiti, Biswajit Pal, manumoy Sahu, Rosia Piali Das, Sukumar Barik, Rajat Patra, Suparna Ojha, Deboleena Khatua and others will be seen in other roles in the film. The cast of the film consists mainly of new faces.

Pandit Tarun Bhattacharya has composed the music of this film.

The shooting of the film will be done in different parts of Kolkata, South India, Goa, and Mumbai.

Akashdev is the cameraperson for this film.

South Indian production company Research Media Entertainments will be producing this feature film.

The director and producers will be sending the film to various international film festivals before it is released in theatres or on the OTT platform.
