Guests have the option to feast on the weekend brunch menu every Sunday for the month of February and March. The Roast, Pies and unlimited bubbles brunch offers an array of classic lunch favorites coupled with a selection of unlimited beverages to make your Sundays a pompous affair.
The hotel is all set up to bring the Sunday to life with the live unplugged music in the Alfresco setup to cheer up the guests.
The exquisitely curated spread includes statement dishes like “Seven Hours Slow Roasted Lamb Leg Infused With Cinnamon and Rosemary Served With Mint Jus”, “Orange and Juniper Berry Marinated Roast Duck with Thyme Jus”, “Brazilian Style Chilly Garlic Roast Chicken with Hot Tomato Coconut Dip”, “Irish Pot Roast Pork Leg with Root Vegetable and Honey Apple Dip”. Crank the heat up a few notches with “English Shepherd pie or French ‘Hachis Parmentier”, “Truffle Infused Spinach and Ricotta Pie”.
