A makeup fashion lifestyle fair was organized in Dum Dum just before the start of the Durga Pujas.

The fair was initiated by Ushna Majumder.

This is the second year of this pre-puja exhibition cum sale. In the previous year, about 400 independent women took part in the exhibition online.

About 28 women took part in this exhibition in 2019.

The main aim of the fair was to empower the women.

This year the admins of the fair were Ushna Majumder, Adhya Purkayastha, Tithi Roy Das and Mimmi N Saha.

The fair was inaugurated in the presence of Nachiketa Chakraborty, Nivedita Chakraborty, Minister Sujit Bose and others.

Customers received different kinds of discounts and a lucky draw was also organized as part of this exhibition.
